The 22213 area is comprised of a few different neighborhoods, such as Berkshire Oakwood, Minor Hill, Sycamore Gardens, and Oakwood, to name a few. West Arlington’s 22213 is often a forgotten zip code since it’s the smallest in Arlington County.
This Arlington area is incredibly accessible to almost anywhere in the DMV. It’s minutes to 66 and the Beltway, and a mile or so to the East Falls Church Metro. There is a convenient neighborhood shopping center called Williamsburg Shopping Center, the W&OD Trail, and Tuckahoe Park.
West Arlington has gone through an incredible transformation in the last 20 years. Many of the 1950’s tract rambler style and ubiquitous brick box colonials have been remodeled inside and out. Some have been replaced by modern craftsman-style architecture.
The Williamsburg Civic Association is the group that stays in touch with the county to make sure the residents' needs are met. It is a 100% volunteer organization and only costs $10 a year to belong.
