This community offers a small-town charm, a quiet vibe, is walkable, and has top-rated schools. FCC is also easily accessible to DC via the nearby Metro and commuter bus system.

The Little City, along with all of this goodness, has a higher tax rate than the other jurisdictions in NOVA. The real estate prices are consistent. The community is mostly single-family homes, with a few condo buildings and townhomes.
